Alternative Zodia - Virgo

This was created for my University's annual calendar :) I was actually approached and asked to make something, even though my class wasn't involved this year :D That was quite humbling!

I quite like this piece - although most of the work I have produced this year has lacked my finicky attention to detail; this is because the tight turn arounds I had to deal with! I was expected to produce an illustration and a finished design within two weeks - while also working on three other tasks.

I'd never seen Bizenghast either. X3 The first thing that came to my mind was the Fires of Pompeii (Doctor Who episode).

But this is a brilliant piece; it drew my eyes in the bottom of the screen in the thumbnail line up.
